Lansa has announced that its Lansa AS/400 Ebusiness application development toolkit can now generate XML as well as HTML, Java, C++, CGI (Common Gateway Interface) scripts and RPG (Report Program Generator), using the same initial 4th generation language source code. It also acts as a broker between emerging XML schemas, such as Microsoft's BizTalk framework. A typical single user licence is £35,000, with unlimited deployment options.
