PeopleSoft has rolled out its Professional Services Automation (PSA) service which allows companies to manage all elements of their supply chains, including people, projects, pipeline and performance.
Craig Conway, the enterprise resource planning software vendor's president and chief executive, said PSA enables companies to "select, deploy and manage professional service resources".
"[By using PSA] you can find the best resources for projects. You'll keep better track of your pipeline and track projects more easily. You'll also make full use of the internet to find the right people and provide targeted products and services."
PSA's features include revenue and invoice management, billing and accounts receivables, and time and expense management. These features can also be accessed by web-based clients.
PeopleSoft is expected to announce two other customer management products in the next two weeks.
