Select Software has appointed Stuart Frost, its founder and chief executive, to the additional post of chairman to replace former chairman, Michael Jackson, although Jackson will still continue on the board. The object modelling tools supplier has also promoted Ed Holt, former executive vice president of international sales and marketing, to the newly-created role of president. He will now look after worldwide sales and marketing and product development. Dave Norris, former director of partnerships, meanwhile, will replace Michael Catania as senior vice president of development. Catania left to set up his own business in the UK.
