Siebel Systems, which specialises in customer relationship management software, has reported record results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ending December 31, 1998.
Total revenue for the year was $391.5 million, an increase of 89 per cent over 1997?s total of $207.6 million, while net income was $55.7 million, up from $23.7 million.
This excludes costs related to the merger with Scopus Technology last year and other write off costs. Including costs, income for the year was $42.9 million.
Siebel specialises in relationship management software systems, including sales, marketing, and customer services.
