Energis has signed a deal worth #2.25 million with Sun Life Assurance to provide a frame relay-based LANConnect service for data services. The agreement extends Energis' existing contract of providing voice services for Sun Life Assurance. The frame relay service will support new front-end business applications being developed at Sun. The LANConnect service will enable fast data sharing between the company's Basingstoke head office and its 29 regional centres across the country.
