Oracle has set up a dedicated unit to handle its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications in an attempt to boost its presence in the market.
The organisation, which will include sales, consulting and alliances staff, will be be headed by Craig Brennan, who formerly worked in Deloitte Consulting's CRM practice and led the globabl alliance with Oracle arch rival, Siebel Systems.
