Microsoft's latest browser, Internet Explorer 4.0, is to be bundled with new PCs by most manufacturers, Microsoft said this week. Compaq, Dell, Digital Equipment, Gateway 2000, Hewlett-Packard and IBM have already agreed to do this once the product is launched in October, although many will also include Netscape's Navigator browser as well.
