Hewlett Packard is to acquire its Israeli distributor, CMS, from its current parent, the Mars Information Product Group. CMS distributes and services HP's computer systems and test and measurement ranges in Israel. It will now become a subsidiary of HP Europe and will form HP's first direct presence in Israel. Mars is a holding company, 50 per cent owned by the Israel Corporation.
