An e-commerce package which offers firms a quick web store set-up
From the startup screen, you can easily access all of the most basic functions, and get information such as outstanding orders that need to be processed.
The Business Settings pages let you manage the business side of the site, including information about your company, terms and conditions and tax settings, as well as shipping and payment details.
From the Setup Store category, you can control and edit all aspects of the site itself, from the design and layout to managing the store contents, configuring the ordering and setting up email options available to customers.
Once the site is up and running, the Manage Store section is where most of the activity will happen, as from here you can view customers and process orders.
For marketing purposes, Actinic Express can integrate directly with Google Analytics, giving site owners the ability to check traffic trends. It is also possible to export customer details to an Excel spreadsheet, enabling users to create promotional material such as email offers or newsletters.
Actinic Express supports integration with most of the well known payment providers, and offers a wide range of online and offline payment options, any mixture of which can be offered to customers.
The package features a demo site tool. This is an example of how a site selling garden furniture might look once everything is up and running.
Different themes can be applied to the demo site. There are a dozen basic templates to choose from, but the range of other formatting, colour and layout options make it possible to create a fairly unique looking site.
Express helps users set up an entire web store, with tools for helping to
create the site, add products and, probably most importantly, handle the
business aspects such as customer accounts and payments. Below are a few
screenshots from the management portal.
