Sources said today thin client company Citrix was talking to a variety of vendors after its talks with Microsoft looked close to breakdown. Two months ago, Microsoft introduced its own idea of thin client technology, codenamed Hydra, threatening Citrix and causing its share prices to collapse during the course of a day. Ed Iacobucci, chairman of Citrix, was the father of operating system OS/2, ten years old this month. Novell is also interested, according to the same sources.
