On-Line PLC, the computer games developer which holds the electronic rights to The Rocky Horror Show and The Red Arrows, is seeking a listing on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange next month. The group also intends to raise around #1 million through an institutional and retail investor offer to assist with its product development programme. On-Line PLC was founded in 1990 by Michael Hodges and Clement Chambers.
