IBM is extending its Websphere line of applications with a developer's version of the application server which makes it easier to develop and deploy applications for electronic business.
Websphere Studio 1.0 is scheduled to ship in October, and comprises a set of Web site development tools. It will appear with the Internet-commerce version of Visual Age for Java.
