Telemate Software has released a new version of its network monitoring software that integrates call accounting and Internet usage reporting.
The patent-pending Telemate.Net Version 4.13 package treats call accounting and Internet usage data as network data sources that can be monitored by a single application. It links network usage data to an organisational directory, allowing users to create reports that show how employees are using the network. The new release can gather data from PBXes, firewalls and proxy servers from several vendors, including Lucent Technologies, NEC, Cisco and Network Associates.
