Dubbed Sunrise Professional V4, the package offers a simple user interface with rapid call logging and a comprehensive Email interface, Sunrise has claimed. Client customisation is included, allowing labels to be renamed and changed, and fields to be added, moved or deleted. Email facilities allow users and customers to log calls remotely and obtain progress reports through Email, with fully customised reply details.
