Seer Technologies turned in flat mid-year revenues, but finally started reducing its losses. For the second quarter ended 31 March, the development tools supplier saw turnover fall slightly to $24.1 million from $25 million in the same period last year, but net losses halved to $2.4 million from $4.9 million. For the six months, revenues increased to $47.2 million from $45.6 million, while profits dropped to $10.7 million from $10.3 million.
