Vodafone has updated its tariffs to offer a choice of flexible pricing options which it said will suit small businesses and the self-employed.
The Business Essentials plan offers a range of monthly tariffs, and provides access to calls, texts, email and the internet without letting customers run up large bills.
A contract can include up to four mobile phones, and any UK customer signing up by the end of the summer will get unlimited UK texts as standard.
The plan includes 3,000 minutes of voice calls to UK landlines, and browsing the mobile internet in the UK. Price plans at £30 a month include 500MB of UK data, while £35 a month includes 1GB.
Customers can also bolt on extra services at £5 per month, ranging from unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone calls with a one hour cap and the option to add 0800, 0845 and 0870 numbers to inclusive minutes.
A sliding pay scale on extra services means that customers taking two, for example, will pay £7.50.
Prices are based on 24-month contracts, and 18-month contracts incur an additional £5 a month charge.
