Gateway 2000, notorious for its in your face advertising style, brought a whole new meaning to the terms floppy and hard drives in a recent promotional video. Approximately 30 seconds worth of sexually explicit material found its way onto a batch of tapes produced just before Christmas. Gateway officials said the material had been inserted by a disgruntled employee of a video reproduction supplier and had only appeared in one batch of tapes. Copies of the affected video are no longer available - despite popular demand, no doubt.
