Gateway has become the latest company to introduce a free Internet service, with the launch of gateway.net. The service, set up in conjunction with search engine Yahoo, offers users who buy Gateway PCs the chance to register for free Net access, five Email addresses, and 15Mb of Web space. Technical support for the service, however, will be charged at #1 per minute.
