Last week, Bill Clinton's administration gave its support to a bill that will stop individual states and governments from taxing the Internet.
Local officials are against Clinton's stance, but a moratorium has been granted on the bill to give Clinton's team a chance to refine its decision and come up with some broad recommendations on taxation over the Internet.
