Accountancy-software house Sage has launched a new version of TeleMagic Enterprise, a product that allows users to produce databases to record contact details for existing customers and future prospects. Sage describes the product as a 'fully customisable business solution for managing customer relationships.' E-mail users can now have virus-infested messages identified before they hit corporate systems. Leading Internet service provider UUNET is to protect its customers from Internet-borne viruses via a service provided by Starlabs. Incoming and outgoing e-mails get routed through a virus control centre in London, where they are scanned by three anti-virus packages.
