HP has restructured itself into four business units as part of its ongoing restructuring process.
Last month the company announced it was splitting off its chemical instrument and measurement business. This week it said it would split into four independent business units: enterprise computing; computer products; inkjet printers; and laser printers.
Lew Platt, chairman and chief executive, said it would help the company make decisions faster and with more autonomy.
