Memsolve's winding up hearing was adjourned yesterday for two weeks.
The petition on behalf of distributor Northamber had not been completed to requirements, according to a representative at BDO Stoy Hayward.
The hearing is now due to take place on 14 April, again at The Royal Courts of Justice, London.
Administrators from BDO Stoy Hayward went into the Cheshire based distributor when Memsolve admitted owing around #4 million.
