Electrical retailer Comet has set up an Internet shopping site which allows customers to check prices and order items from its consumer and household electrical ranges.
The company worked with IBM's ebusiness division to establish the site, which has been operational since April and is based on IBM's Net.Commerce software.
Customers can also use the new site to access information about product warranties and store locations.
Comet first established an Internet presence two years ago, to display the prices of its 150 most popular products.
