Software Artistry has announced a development partnership with Computer Associates. This will allow users of Software Artistry's SA-Expertise helpdesk, asset management and change management product to perform proactive problem management for organisations using CA's Unicenter TNG. The principle benefit is that joint development allows SA-Expertise users to address network and systems management issues, with the availability of automated problem ticket handling and synchronised event tracking. Jay Huff, CA marketing director commented: "The integration of SA-Expertise and Unicenter TNG presents numerous opportunities for our mutual customers to implement comprehensive, integrated service desk strategies."
