This month, WebSpective Software will release WebSpective 2.1, a suite of applications designed to give administrators a window into a user's experience on a Web site. Included is the new QuEST (Quality of Experience Site Tracking) engine, which enables business line managers to see the performance of their sites, both in terms of transaction times and of volume and traffic within the sites. The suite costs $2,000 (#1,200) to $10,000 (#6,060) per server. www.webspective.com.
