Autodesk has raised its offer for Softdesk to $90 million after a second, unnamed suitor also made a bid. Autodesk now proposes paying $15 a share rather than the original price of $12 to ensure it acquires its fellow design software house. Softdesk, based in New Hampshire, said it was "committed to merger with Autodesk".
