The Public and Commercial Services Union said the action will lead to delays in processing forms including self-assessment returns. The action has arisen due to increased pressures.
The strikes will continue until the dispute is settled, according to the reports. The union is claiming a pay rise of 4% in response to an offer of around 2.5%.
