
In brief: NCR names six directors
NCR has named the line-up of directors that will lead it when it gains its full independence from AT&T next month.
Chairman and chief executive Lars Nyberg will be joined by Duane Burnham, chairman of pharmaceutical company Abbott Laboratories; Linda Fayne Levinson, who runs her own consulting firm; Ronald Mitsch, senior vice president of research and development of 3M; CK Prahalad, professor of business administration at the University of Michigan and William Stavropoulos, president of The Dow Chemical Company.
