IBM took the wraps off Visual Age for Java Version 2.0 on Tuesday, adding support for the Enterprise Java Beans specification.
The upgrade, which is still in beta test, also promises beefed up support for enterprise development. It is expected to ship in the next three months on Windows and OS/2 platforms, and in the fourth quarter on AIX and OS/390.
