Microsoft received another lawsuit last week, this time from two US residents, Ramel Kelly and Patrick Antoine, on behalf of an estimated 150 million software buyers. They are claiming Microsoft failed to test Windows properly, which is why numerous bugs in Windows 3.1, 95 and NT went undetected.
They are seeking damages for disk fragmentation, application crashes and loss of work.
