IBM and Adobe are developing a 100 per cent pure Java browser based on the XML data communication protocol and the Precision Graphics Markup Language (PGML). The aim is to enable users to download and manipulate graphics on devices ranging from Pcs to palmpilots without loss of quality. The offering will run in 4Mb of RAM and be based on IBM?s XML parser.
