Microsoft has announced that a range of its products will conform to the privacy standard endorsed by the World Wide Web Consortium.
The Platform for Privacy Preferences (P3) standard, which enables users to control and personalise the information they disclose to Web sites, will be implemented in future releases of Microsoft?s Internet Explorer, NT Active Directory, Site Server and its Web content sites such as MSNBC, the Microsoft Network and Sidewalk.
