Software supplier JD Edwards will include clustering technology in the next version of its flagship enterprise resource planning software product, Oneworld. The release, scheduled for December this year, will support clustering on Windows NT and HP/UX platforms.
The company said clustering technology will make Oneworld more robust, by protecting users against server failure, reducing downtime, and increasing scalability.
