Following some positive year end results in 1996, UK applications vendor Sanderson Electronics has acquired the outstanding 14 per cent of its subsidiary, Sanderson Pacific.
Sanderson Pacific and its subsidiaries supply software, hardware and support services to the US, Australia, New Zealand and east Asia. The company turned over #16 million in 1996 and reported a pre-tax profit of almost #2 million.
The deal is subject to shareholders' approval.
