Elateral and Indigo have launched a service which allows IT suppliers to roll out channel marketing initiatives to resellers and VARs, without compromising brand consistency.
The Elateral Channel Manager software is accessed via a Web browser and allows users to make changes in range, pricing and market information, by answering a set of questions, pre-determined by the vendor. Instructions are then sent to the Indigo digital press for printing and distribution.
"Most international companies face problems when trying to build and maintain a brand across borders," said Elateral chief executive, Richard Watney. "By allowing material to be tailored to individual markets, companies can really take a 'think global, act local' approach."
