Paul Wahl, the outspoken head of SAP Americas has resigned to join a Silicon Valley based security technology start-up, but will be replaced by his number two, Kevin McKay.
SAP?s advisory board has already accepted Wahl?s resignation and replaced him with McKay, who was formerly SAP America?s chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
The next layer of management has also been reshuffled. Jerry Coote, SAP America?s president now has responsibility for north American sales on top of his existing training and education business, while John Milana, former senior vice president of finance becomes chief financial officer.
