India's Rave Computers and UK based Karnataka, both suppliers of contract software development services, are to merge. The new venture is called Rave Technologies and will deliver bespoke software for Windows, client/server and Internet systems. Rave hopes to mop up some of this work, which is primarily found in new projects, while other developers are occupied with Year 2000 and legacy work.
