Hewlett-Packard (HP) claims it will be the first to market in the UK when it launches an ADSL-ready PC next week. The PC will include software designed to ease the set-up process, which will connect to one of the UK's major telecoms company's service and comes with an ADSL modem. The telco will also promote the package to its customers. The HP Pavilion PC will only be available through authorised outlets, including The Dixons Group, Tempo, John Lewis, Staples and recently signed Jungle.com.
