The Direct Connection Login Account was developed with Pulse Data who specialises in making computer equipment for the visually impaired, and includes specialised technical support and dedicated software.
Once accessed a suitable screen reader and voice synthesiser guides the user to a series of options including email, help files, Telnet and the Web.
