Energis celebrated its first interim results in the black by releasing the prospectus for its December flotation. The company raked in profits of #2.1 million, compared to a loss of #11.1 million last year. Revenues increased by 61 per cent to #69.2 million. The UK company's parent, the National Grid, is to sell 26 per cent of Energis, which equates to 75 million ordinary shares. The shares will be offered in New York and London and Energis hopes to raise between #374 million and #487 million from the deal.
