Lotus is to add directory services interoperability with IBM applications to version 5.0 of its Domino groupware product, to be released around August of this year.
By adding LDAP support Lotus will enable Domino users to integrate their network directories with IBM's Enetwork Directory. This can be used with AIX and OS/390 operating systems and soon will be available for use on Windows NT, Solaris and OS/400 platforms.
