Steve Perlman, president and co founder of Microsoft's WebTV Networks subsidiary, plans to leave by the end of the month.
He will be succeeded by Bruce Leak, former general manager of WebTV's service division, who will report to Jon DeVaan, vice president of Microsoft's Consumer and Commerce group.
