Nokia has combined three of its business units to form an Internet communications organisation aimed at corporates and Internet Service Providers.
The new unit will comprise the company's wireless business communications, wireless applications, and IP application and connectivity platform businesses.
Nokia said the move would enable it to provide an integrated set of technologies, which include IP routing, wireless local area networks, security and wireless application protocol based offerings, to target potential new customers.
