Personnel Manager offers a method of storing all employee data in one place, with a built-in diary and templates for letters and reports.
Suited for use by small businesses, it stores employee data in four sections: Personal, Absence & Payroll, Employment and Training & Education.
Over 600 individual pieces of data on each employee can be stored with unlimited history in each section.
The kinds of data that can be stored include correspondence history, bank details, appraisal history, holiday & absence, training history, and much more.
A built-in diary and word processor are included, but it is also compatible with Microsoft Outlook should you prefer to use that for diary entries.
Existing data you may have can be imported into Personnel Manager, as long as it is in a delimited text file format. Conversely, data can be exported into either a delimited text file or a spreadsheet.
