It will make suggestion about what you can safely remove. The latest version now includes a crash analyser which will examine why your system crashed and make suggestions about how you can stop it happening in future.
Finally, O&O Defrag 14.5 was released in the week and this powerful drive maintenance suite will keep your drives fragmentation free by reorganising the content. Should make your system boot more quickly and apps start more swiftly.
