Sharing information can increase productivity dramatically. Not only
will you benefit, but others working on the same projects and tasks
will reap the rewards, too. Trouble is, moving data back and forth
using traditional techniques such as compressing and emailing them can
take forever, especially if the files are any larger than a few hundred
MB. Wouldn't the whole process be a lot simpler if you had one place to
store and share all this data? This would make it easy for people
working on a project to access all information, all of the time.
