Quickoffice has updated its office suite for Apple's iPhone, adding a number
of editing enhancements to its word processor and spreadsheet tools.
Available immediately, version 1.2.0 of
Quickoffice
for iPhone adds auto-correction with predictive text to the Quickword tool,
along with a Find function and the ability to adjust the indentation level of
bulleted or numbered lists.
The Quicksheet tool adds a landscape editing mode, dynamic updates of cell
ranges and formulas when copying and pasting cells, plus a faster and easier way
to build formulas, according to Quickoffice.
The suite was
launched
at the CTIA Wireless 2009 show earlier this year.
Quickoffice said that it plans to add support for Microsoft Office 2007 file
formats in a future update, along with the ability to edit email attachments.
The suite is available as a paid download from Apple's
iPhone
App Store for $19.99 (£12.19). The individual Quickword, Quicksheet and
Quickoffice Files are also available separately.
