The annual
Consumer
Electronics Show is underway, as thousands of visitors and vendors converge
on Las Vegas for what is billed as the largest electronics show of the year.
The organisers report that, while the economic downturn has undoubtedly had
an effect, some 2,700 companies will be showcasing their wares this year to an
estimated 130,000 attendees.
