ConcordFTP comes with moveable and resizable windows, allowing you to organise the layout exactly as you want.
It has a folder tree for browsing local files, a My Documents window, a remote folder tree to browse remote folders, and another window for displaying the contents of the selected remote folder.
Full queuing support is provided, allowing the selection of multiple files before beginning transfer, whether immediately or at a later, scheduled time.
Auto-resume ensures that upload/download completes successfully and, should a file have a permanent error, it is skipped.
ConcordFTP can run in two modes: interactive or silent. In interactive mode the user interface is displayed and caters for drag-and-drop; in silent mode, however, there is no visible sign that ConcordFTP is running and it is controlled via scripting.
Files can be compressed in zip format as they are uploaded, with all the usual compression options provided.
A neat feature of ConcordFTP is its built-in viewer/editor, which allows users to view the majority of file types and edit remote files as if they were on a local PC.
Along with a fully colour-coded HTML editor, there are editors for JavaScript, PHP and XML.
