FileTracer is a great utility that allows you to instantly find the file you want, without the need to trawl through all those separate folder windows.

Using the familiar Windows Explorer interface, FileTracer is extremely easy to use, and mighty fast too. Whether you want to find an image, application, folder, zip file, or anything else for that matter, FileTracer is the tool for the job. Forget the Find tool built into windows, this is a far more powerful and resourceful tool that you will wonder how you coped without.

It is particularly suitable for large drives with many files, but it will still prove effective on smaller drives, or on PCs with a relatively small amount of files, the beauty of it being the reduction in time taken to find the file. Once you've found the file you require, it can be launched from within FileTracer, whatever the file type (application, image, video etc).
